Method:
  1. Prepare the Meat & Potato Mixture:
    1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
    2. Boil the water in a pot, add in the potatoes and boil for 25 minutes. Drain the potatoes, transfer them into a big bowl and mash the potatoes. Once complete, set it aside.
    3. Chop the brown onion, heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry until fragrant.
    4. Add the minced beef in and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
    5. Season it with AJI-NO-MOTO® and black pepper. Stir-fry for 2 minutes and move it to the bowl of mashed potatoes, mix them well.
    6. Bear shape: divide them into 8 pieces, shape 6 of them into an oval shape. Divide the remaining 2 pieces into 6 pieces, shape each piece into 2 bear’s ears. Place the ears on both the left and right of the oval-shaped mash potatoes.
    7. Coat the mashed potatoes with all-purpose flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
    8. Heat the oil, deep-fry the croquettes until both sides are golden brown.
  2. Prepare the Sauce:
    1. Mix all the sauce ingredients, put them into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
  3. Serve the croquettes with shredded cabbage, sauce and enjoy the food.
