Hinompuka
Ingredients:
Glutinous rice flour
200 g
Tadong (Sabahan purplish rice flour)
75 g
Sugar
160 g
Coconut milk
350 ml
AJI-NO-MOTO®
¼ tsp
Salt
½ tsp
Banana leaf, blanched

Method:
Mix glutinous rice flour, tadong, sugar, coconut milk,
AJI-NO-MOTO®
and salt in a large bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Brush oil on banana leaves that have been blanched.
Spoon 2 tbsp of Hinompuka batter over the banana leaf and wrap. Make sure the batter does not flow out of the wrap.
Arrange the Hinompuka wrap on the steamer tray. Steam for 30 minutes until cooked through.
Ready to serve.
