Fried Tenggiri
Ingredients:
Tenggiri Fish (Mackerel) (cleaned)600 g
AJI-NO-MOTO®½ tsp
Cooking OilSufficient
Ingredients (Spice):
Salt½ tsp
Curry Powder2 tsp
Cooking Methods:
  1. Marinate fish with AJI-NO-MOTO® and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Marinate with ingredients (spice) for a while.
  3. Heat up oil and fry fish until golden brown.
  4. Serve with cucumber, tomatoes and sambal kicap.
Sambal Kicap
Ingredients:
Red Onion (slice)3 - 4
Red Chillies (slice)2
Red Bird's Eye Chillies (slice)3 - 4
Sugar2 tsp
Thick soy sauce3 tbsp
Toasted Belacan50 g
Cooking Methods:
  1. Combine toasted belacan with thick soy sauce, and smash.
  2. Add red onion, red chilies, red bird’s eye chilies and sugar, mixed well.
  3. Ready to serve.
Tips
  1. Avoid dry and hard texture from over-frying the Mackarel.
