Spring Onion Pancakes:
Spring Onions3 stalks
All-Purpose Flour½ cup
AJI-NO-MOTO®¼ tsp
Salt¼ tsp
White Pepper¼ tsp

Method:
  1. Prepare the Filling:
    1. Cut the spring onions into small pieces, put it in a bowl and set it aside.
    2. Put the flour and seasonings in a bowl, pour the hot oil in and mix them well.
    3. Transfer the flour mixture into the bowl of spring onions and mix them well. The filling is ready to use.
  2. Prepare to make the Mini Spring Onion Pancakes:
    1. Note: one spring onion pancake needs three pieces of gyoza wrappers.
    2. Steps: take one gyoza wrapper and put the filling on top of it. Top it with a piece of the gyoza wrapper, put the filling on and top it with a piece of the gyoza wrapper again.
    3. Roll it into a flat shape, use a knife to make some cuts in the middle of the wrappers.
    4. Roll it into a strip and roll it into a circle shape. Use your palm to slightly punch it into a round flat shape and roll it.
    5. Heat the oil in a pan and pan-fry the spring onion pancakes until both sides turn golden brown.
  3. Decoration:
    1. Cut the roasted seaweed and cheese slice into an eye shape.
    2. Place the decoration part on a spring onion pancake and use tomato sauce to draw the cheeks.
  4. Enjoy the food.
