- Prepare the Filling:
- Cut the spring onions into small pieces, put it in a bowl and set it aside.
- Put the flour and seasonings in a bowl, pour the hot oil in and mix them well.
- Transfer the flour mixture into the bowl of spring onions and mix them well. The filling is ready to use.
- Prepare to make the Mini Spring Onion Pancakes:
- Note: one spring onion pancake needs three pieces of gyoza wrappers.
- Steps: take one gyoza wrapper and put the filling on top of it. Top it with a piece of the gyoza wrapper, put the filling on and top it with a piece of the gyoza wrapper again.
- Roll it into a flat shape, use a knife to make some cuts in the middle of the wrappers.
- Roll it into a strip and roll it into a circle shape. Use your palm to slightly punch it into a round flat shape and roll it.
- Heat the oil in a pan and pan-fry the spring onion pancakes until both sides turn golden brown.
- Decoration:
- Cut the roasted seaweed and cheese slice into an eye shape.
- Place the decoration part on a spring onion pancake and use tomato sauce to draw the cheeks.
- Enjoy the food.
