- Prepare the Fried Rice:
- Cut the brown onion, sausages, tomato and green beans into small pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the chopped onion, sausages and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the tomato and green beans.
- Add the cooked rice and stir-fry it. Season it with AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt and tomato sauce.
- Once complete, move the fried rice into a bowl and set it aside.
- Prepare the Omelette:
- Break an egg in the bowl and separate the egg yolk.
- Break another egg in the bowl and mix it with the separated egg yolk just now.
- Heat the pan and add in the butter. Pour the eggs and cook it.
- Put the omelette on a board, use a big and a small circle mould to make a bear shape in the middle of the omelette.
- Put back the omelette in the pan, pour in some egg white and cook it.
- Decoration:
- Put the fried rice on a plate and put the omelette on top of it. Wrap the fried rice with the omelette.
- Cut the roasted seaweed and cheese slice into different shapes.
- Assemble the decoration part on the omelette. Decorate the bear cheeks with tomato sauce.
- Use tomato sauce to draw the shape of the cherries. Cut the spring onions into a small leaf shape and decorate it as the cherry leaves.
- Enjoy the delicious Omurice.
