PINASAKAN SADA
Ingredients:
Sambong/mackerel fish, cleaned6 pcs
Garlic, sliced30 g
Shallot, sliced120 g
Turmeric, sliced10 g
Dried chili, cut 1 inch10 g
Bambangan or 5 no bamboo starfruit½ no
AJI-NO-MOTO®½ tsp
Salt2 tsp
Tamarind paste1 tbsp
Water1000 ml
Method:
  1. Put all ingredients except fish in a pot and boil for 30 minutes.
  2. Add fish, cover with a pot lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Ready to be served with white rice or ambuyat.
