PINASAKAN SADA
Ingredients:
Sambong/mackerel fish, cleaned
6 pcs
Garlic, sliced
30 g
Shallot, sliced
120 g
Turmeric, sliced
10 g
Dried chili, cut 1 inch
10 g
Bambangan or 5 no bamboo starfruit
½ no
AJI-NO-MOTO®
½ tsp
Salt
2 tsp
Tamarind paste
1 tbsp
Water
1000 ml
Method:
Put all ingredients except fish in a pot and boil for 30 minutes.
Add fish, cover with a pot lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Ready to be served with white rice or ambuyat.
