Mixed Vegetable with French Bean
Ingredients:
Cooking oil1½ tbsp
Onion, thick cut1
Garlic, sliced2 clove
Ginger, sliced½ inch
Chicken meat, cut into small pieces150 g
Oyster Sauce1½ tbps
Chili flakes1 tsp
French bean, slanting sliced300 g
Young corn, slanting sliced80 g
Hot water½ cup
AJI-NO-MOTO®½ tsp
Salt1½ tsp
Tomatoes, large cut100 g
Method:
  1. Heat the cooking oil and stir-fry onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add in chicken and oyster sauce. Stir until half cooked.
  3. Add in chili flakes and stir for a while.
  4. Add in French bean and young corn.
  5. Pour in hot water and season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt. Mix well and simmer until the vegetables are well cooked.
  6. Add in tomatoes. Stir for a while and ready to serve.
