Mixed Vegetable with Cabbage
Ingredients:
Chicken meat, sliced200 g
AJI-NO-MOTO®¼ tsp
Salt½ tsp
Sweet soy sauce2 tsp
Sesame oil¼ tsp
Cooking oil1½ tbsp
Garlic, thinly sliced3 cloves
Ginger, thinly sliced½ inch
Red chilies, slanting sliced2
Carrot, cut in to stick150 g
Hot water1 cup
Shimeji mushroom150 g
Cabbage, cut 250 g
Method:
  1. Marinate the chicken with AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt, sweet soy sauce and sesame oil.
  2. Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry garlic, ginger and red chillies.
  3. Add in marinated chicken and stir-fry for a while.
  4. Add in carrot and hot water, stir until half cooked.
  5. Add in mushroom and cabbage. Stir well until fully cooked. Ready to serve.
