Ingredients:
Cooking oil3 tbsp
Garlic, finely chopped2 clove
Prawn150 g
Chili paste2 tbsp
Oyster sauce20 ml
Water¼ cup
Lemongrass, bruised1 stalk
Kaffir lime leaves2 strings
Bird’s eye chili2 no
Chili sauce1 tbsp
Tomato sauce½ tbsp
AJI-NO-MOTO® ¼ tsp
Sugar1 tsp
Salt½ tsp
Ingredients B: vegetables
Cauliflower100 g
Carrot, cut1
Young corn, cut4
French bean, cut10
Red chili, cut1
Red onion, cut1
Method:
  1. Heat the cooking oil. Stir fry garlic and add in the prawn.
  2. Add in blended dried chili paste, oyster and water.
  3. Add in lemongrass and lime leaves.
  4. Add in bird’s eye chili with chili sauce and tomato sauce. Mix well.
  5. Add in all ingredients (B). Stir fry until vegetable is half cooked.
  6. Season with AJI-NO-MOTO®, sugar and salt. Mix well.
  7. Ready to serve.
