Mixed Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
Sichuan preserved mustard (Zha Cai), thinly sliced150 g
Water1½ liter
Chicken, cut into bite-sized500 g
Onion, large diced1½ no
Potato, large diced1 no
Carrot, large diced1 stalk
Sweet corn, cut into bite-sized1 stalk
Tomatoes, large diced3 no
AJI-NO-MOTO®½ tsp
Salt1 tsp
Method:
  1. Rinse pickled mustard and slice thinly.
  2. Pour water into the pot.
  3. Add in all ingredients except for tomato and boil until the chicken is cooked.
  4. Skim off the scum on the surface of the soup. Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
  5. Add in tomato and boil for few more minutes.
  6. Ready to serve.
